MyCVFix is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect only what's necessary to deliver our service and never sell your data to third parties.

1. Information We Collect

When you use MyCVFix, we collect:

Resume content — text extracted from your uploaded resume for ATS analysis
Email address — to deliver your ATS report, improved resume, and job alerts
Target role — the job title you enter for ATS scoring
Payment information — processed securely by Razorpay; we never store card details
Job alert preferences — roles and location you select for daily alerts

2. How We Use Your Information

Analysing your resume for ATS compatibility using AI (Anthropic Claude)
Generating an improved, ATS-optimised version of your resume
Sending your ATS report and improved resume to your email
Sending daily job alert emails if you subscribe
Processing payments via Razorpay

3. Data Storage

Your resume text and scan results are stored in our secure database (Supabase, hosted on AWS) to enable features like resume rewriting and job matching. We retain your data for 90 days from your last activity, after which it is automatically deleted.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

Anthropic Claude — AI analysis and resume improvement
Razorpay — payment processing
Resend — email delivery
Adzuna — job listings data
Supabase — secure database storage

Each service has its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data required for each service to function.

5. Your Rights

Access — request a copy of your data by emailing us
Deletion — request deletion of all your data at any time
Correction — update your email or preferences by contacting us
Opt-out — unsubscribe from job alerts at any time using the link in any email

6. Cookies

MyCVFix does not use tracking cookies. We only store session data locally in your browser memory to maintain your scan state during a session. This data is cleared when you close the tab.

7. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Resume data is stored encrypted at rest. We do not store payment card details — all payments are handled directly by Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.

8. Children's Privacy

MyCVFix is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email if you are a registered user.

By using MyCVFix you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Service Description

MyCVFix provides AI-powered ATS (Applicant Tracking System) resume analysis and optimisation services. Our service includes:

Free ATS score and preview of issues (3 issues shown)
Full ATS report with all issues — ₹1 one-time
AI resume rewrite and ATS-optimised PDF — ₹99 one-time
Daily job alerts matched to your profile — ₹30/month subscription

2. AI-Generated Content

Our resume improvements are generated by AI and are intended as suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before using it in job applications. MyCVFix does not guarantee that our improvements will result in job interviews or employment.

We instruct our AI never to fabricate qualifications, dates, company names, or achievements. However, you should always verify the accuracy of your improved resume before submitting it to employers.

3. Payments

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay
One-time payments (₹1 and ₹99) are charged immediately
Job alert subscriptions (₹30/month) are billed monthly until cancelled
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the link in your welcome email

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload resumes belonging to other people without their consent
Use our service to create fraudulent or misleading resumes
Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape our AI analysis
Resell or redistribute our AI-generated content commercially

5. Intellectual Property

The ATS-optimised resume we generate is based on your original content. You retain ownership of your resume content. MyCVFix retains rights to the analysis methodology and scoring system.

6. Limitation of Liability

MyCVFix's total liability for any claim arising from use of our service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with MyCVFix. Here's our straightforward refund policy.

₹1 — Full ATS Report

This is a one-time payment to unlock your complete ATS analysis. Since the report is delivered immediately upon payment, refunds are not available once the report has been viewed.

₹99 — AI Resume Rewrite + PDF

If you are not satisfied with your AI-improved resume, contact us within 7 days of purchase at hello@mycvfix.in with your order details. We will:

First attempt to regenerate your resume to better meet your requirements
If still unsatisfied, issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days

₹30/month — Daily Job Alerts

You may cancel your subscription at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
No refunds for partial months already billed
If you experience a technical issue preventing email delivery, contact us and we will extend your subscription accordingly
